Itinerary

Day 1: Departure • Depart Melbourne Airport for Orlando, Florida • Transfer to hotel Days 2 - 4: Kennedy Space Centre • Chat with an Astronaut • Shuttle Launch Experience Simulator • Space Shuttle Atlantis Exhibiton • Gateway Exhibition • Kennedy Space Centre Bus Tour • Astronaut Training Experience Program • Mars Base One Program • Rocket Garden Tour • Journey to Mars • IMAX Theatre of real space missions Day 5: University of Central Florida • University Tour Day 6 - 7: Universal Studios • 1 x STEAM Educational Program per day • Chance to also explore/have fun on rides Day 8 - 9: Full Sails University • University Tour • Stop Motion Workshop • Game Development Workshop Day 10 - 11: DisneyWorld (Hollywood Studios & Magic Kingdom) • 1 x STEAM Educational Programs per day • Chance to also explore/have fun on rides Day 12: Florida Everglades Tour & Departure • Students complete and airboat tour of the Florida Everglades, learning about the everglades ecosystem • Depart Orlando for Melbourne Day 13: Day lost in transit Day 14: Arrival • Arrive in Melbourne

Tour Registration Form

Parents/carers are asked to complete the Tour Registration Form for their child as part of the preparations for the Loreto College 2025 STEAM Tour. Go to Tour Registration Form

Payment Timeline

The total cost of the tour is $9,900 and is broken down into the following payment timeline. All payments are to be made directly to Loreto College. October 25 2024 – $900 deposit (non-refundable) December 1 2024 - $1500 partial payment February 1 2025 - $2000 partial payment April 1 2025 - $2000 partial payment June 1 2025 - $2000 partial payment July 14 2025 - $1500 partial payment
