Andrew has over ten years of experience as a secondary school Science, Mathematics and STEM Teacher, and has held various Positions of Leadership in curriculum, staff professional development and school operations.
Andrew has completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Masters of Teaching (Secondary) and Post Graduate Certificate in Mathematics Leadership at both the University of Melbourne, and Monash University.
Andrew completed his doctoral studies at the University of Melbourne, researching the impact of the flipped classroom in secondary school mathematics.

Brendan has also worked as both a lecturer and tutor at the University of Melbourne, within the Melbourne Graduate School of Education.
Brendan has completed a Bachelor of Science, Masters of Teaching (Secondary) and Masters of Education (Educational Management) at the University of Melbourne.
Brendan has completed a Doctor of Education at the University of Melbourne, focusing on the contextual applicability of feedback and metacognition.
Brendan has also worked as both a lecturer and tutor at the University of Melbourne, within the Melbourne Graduate School of Education.
